It was announced tonight that the newly refurbished Teme Bridge will reopen this weekend.
No specific details are available but the bridge should be fully open by Monday morning (or hopefully a little sooner)

Tenbury Bridge Work 8 Down, 2 to Go
The railing have now been finished. A few people who have lived in Tenbury for many years have challenged the fact that the bridge has always been painted a shade of white. Photo's on Tenbury Online dating from 1900 seem to show a light colour (difficult to tell the exact colour as mostly black & white) so I really have no idea who is right.
The red shown in the above picture seems to be some kind of waterproof layer, the purpose of which so far alludes me. Isn't tarmac waterproof?
Some people have asked me why the work hasn't been completed as there was a two week "bad weather" contingency period built into the schedule. Again, I have no idea. I hadn't heard or read that a contingency had been built in, and always believed that the stated objective was 10 weeks, but longer if there was bad weather.
