After a four year battle by Councillor Margaret Austin, Worcester County Council have agreed to install a new gully to remove the water that collects in the notorious splash point in Kyrewood Road.They have also agreed to a new drainage system in Bromyard Road to alleviate the water run off from Tenbury High School and Dark Orchard.

It's a joke isn't it. After ignoring Margaret for 4 years they say she is right and get it fixed. Why didn't they do this in the first place?
It makes you think - it takes four years to get one drain, but only one year to get a £20,000 arts trail.
