McDonalds to come to Tenbury

It looks like Tenbury, will be getting a 24hour drive thru fast food restaurant in the next few months.

International food giant McDonalds have announced that they have plans to convert the closed Burford Nurseries Cafe into a drive thru fast food restaurant.

A spokes person said that they have secured a rural development grant from Shropshire Council and hope to have all the necessary permissions in place within a few months.

They went on to say that this is an ideal site with access directly off the A456, and with no immediate residential neighbours.  We see no reason why people living in rural areas should be deprived of our fantastic range of nutritious meals, or have to travel to Kidderminster or Worcester to enjoy them.

McWedding for £250? said...

The plans are well advanced. This is the first Hong Kong-style McWedding venue in the UK, with the first ceremony scheduled to take place at 10am on April 1st, 2013.
